What to expect from your family photography session
I adore a good family photography session, always full of laughter, music, dancing, spinning – anything that helps your family to relax and feel super comfortable with me so we can create portraits that really capture your personalities. I ensure that if your little one doesn't want to have their photos taken, or they need a bit of extra encouragement, there’s plenty of time to play, have a snack and a bit of a chill-out so they can feel relaxed and settle into the session. Allowing your child time to do their own thing, and feel at home, results in natural images that you can look back on with a smile at the enjoyable session you had capturing this special time in their lives.
Using a variety of coloured backdrops, age-appropriate props and a bit of magic I love creating images of your family that you really enjoy having taken and that you just can’t wait to get hung up on the walls!
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR SESSION
A 1 hour shoot in the fun and welcoming Mama Bear Cabin
Use of my beautiful range of specially sourced and curated props and backgrounds
A combination of individual, sibling (if appropriate) and family photos
A password protected online gallery to view and order your images
A dedicated WhatsApp number to discuss styling prior to the session
THINGS TO KNOW
Up to three outfit changes in a combination of casual and smart
Maximum of 4 children, if more then please contact me before booking
Images will be ready to view online in the comfort of your own home within a week of your session

Why have a family session
Have you got photos of your old cuddly toy that you would never let anyone else hold? Can you picture a photo of you with your brother, sister, Mum or Dad that makes you smile every time you look at it?
If the answer is yes then great! You are one of the lucky ones, so let's make your family lucky ones too and capture all of those incredible moments in a relaxed setting. If your answer is no, then you have a chance to capture all of that for your little ones so they can answer yes one day! Take the time out of your busy schedule to capture what your child looks like now, what their favourite toy is, how they rest their hands, their hair style - because all of it will change and you will wish you had more photos, more memories, more everything to remember them just as they are.
I specialise in family photography in Lincolnshire, starting with babies out of that newborn stage (we have a dedicated session for newborns), to showing off their sitting, smashing cakes on their first birthday, toddlers exploring their toys, older children developing their unique personalities and teens showing off (or needing some coaxing) – I love to capture all ages and emotions.
Mini Sessions
Throughout the year, I love to offer mini sessions that combine the natural portraits of your loved ones with themed sets to create a photographic calendar of the year. I love how seasonal the UK is so when the leaves start turning brown and falling from the trees it is the perfect time for an autumnal/Halloween themed session, followed soon after by the traditional Christmas photos that we can add to greetings cards and being born on Valentine’s Day, this is one of my favourite holidays so be prepared for the ultimate in cuteness for loved-up sessions!

Booking your session
Step 1
Use the ‘Book Now’ button to secure your session for £55 - I’ll be in touch shortly to arrange a date for your session
Step 2
It’s time for your Mama Bear Photography photo shoot. Let’s have some fun and make memories to last a lifetime
Step 3
Within 1 week of your session you will receive your online gallery and choose which collection you wish to purchase
Step 4
Receive your final fully edited images 3 to 4 weeks later. Artwork, prints and albums have their own delivery timescales
The session fee secures your session time in The Cabin photography studio and includes use of all props & wraps needed to create beautiful images. This fee does not include digital images or artwork, these are purchased after viewing your finished gallery.
