how long is data stored?
Most data collected is stored indefinitely. This is to allow us to provide a better service to you as a client in the event that you contact us again in the future. We are legally obliged to store some data for a minimum amount of time, for example sale order records, payment records etc.
We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices and have in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Our store is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. (Squarespace). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
